Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities, ensuring efficient and effective completion of all assigned tasks. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives, while maintaining adherence to established policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, drive performance, and enhance overall productivity. Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and provide timely reports to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making. Serve as a key liaison between departments, promoting seamless communication and alignment of goals. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards to uphold organizational integrity and reputation.

Prepare and maintain meticulous documentation of all statutory payments and receipts, such as Withholding Tax (WHT), revenue remittances, and other regulatory compliance-related transactions.

Develop and oversee the Company’s monthly budgets, encompassing payroll, procurement, and operational expenditures.

Oversee the distribution of petty cash while ensuring meticulous documentation of every transaction and associated expense.

Ensure adherence to all financial regulatory mandates set forth by federal, state, and local authorities, encompassing obligations such as Tax Clearance, NS ITF, Pension, and other statutory requirements.

Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the prompt preparation and ongoing maintenance of annual audited financial statements as well as tax clearance documentation.

Maintain accurate documentation, systematic organization, and secure filing of all accounting and finance-related processes and records.

Responsible for organizing and managing both electronic and physical filing systems specifically for accounting documents, vouchers, receipts, and supporting records to ensure efficient retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards.

Monitor evolving accounting standards, regulatory updates, and statutory compliance obligations to ensure adherence to current guidelines.

Examine financial data meticulously to evaluate performance, identify trends, and assess potential financial risks or opportunities. Subsequently, compile and present insightful recommendations to Management regarding strategic financial decisions, process improvements, and viable cost-saving initiatives.

Offer assistance throughout both internal and external audits, guaranteeing the prompt accessibility of all necessary documentation.

Contribute to budget preparation, financial projections, and cash flow analysis and oversight.

Work collaboratively with diverse teams across the organization to enhance operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.

Perform any additional finance and administrative responsibilities as directed by Management on an ongoing basis.
