Responsibilities
Receive, verify, and inspect all incoming goods and materials to ensure they meet required specifications and standards before acceptance.
Maintain precise records of inventory and ensure stock levels remain optimal to support operational efficiency.
Properly maintain the storage and organization of all items within the warehouse to uphold efficiency and accessibility.
Accurately and promptly prepare and dispatch orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Perform regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy and alignment with actual quantities.
Track and document any instances of damage, loss, or insufficient inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of such discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all stock movements and warehouse operations, documenting each transaction meticulously to maintain compliance and operational transparency.
Guarantee adherence to warehouse safety protocols and established operational guidelines.
Oversee the systematic loading and unloading of goods to ensure efficient and safe transportation operations.
