The chosen candidate will independently craft premium men’s apparel with exceptional precision and care.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing teams to ensure project deadlines are met, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to streamline processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations. Additionally, the role requires conducting regular performance evaluations, providing mentorship to team members, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
Create unique apparel designs, progressing from initial concepts through to the final product stage.
Develop comprehensive production-level illustrations to support manufacturing processes.
Perform comprehensive market research to stay abreast of evolving trends in colors, fabrics, and techniques, ensuring informed decision-making in product development.
Deliver completed garments in a punctual manner to meet established deadlines.
Responsible for supervising fitting sessions and executing required modifications to patterns.
Seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure. Must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, along with proficiency in project management tools and techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, as well as a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required, and prior supervisory experience is preferred. Familiarity with industry-specific software and a commitment to continuous professional development are also necessary.
A Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor of Science, or Technical Diploma—or an equivalent credential—is required.
With a minimum of one to ten years of experience in tailoring, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in garment construction and alteration techniques.
Skilled in creating detailed hand-drawn sketches with precision and artistic flair.
Proven capability to deliver high-quality results within strict time constraints while concurrently handling several projects with precision and efficiency.
