This position ensures the execution quality, productivity, and site oversight for all concrete construction activities, encompassing culverts, drainage structures, headwalls, aprons, and other reinforced concrete components.
The ideal candidate will oversee field concrete crews and is responsible for ensuring complete adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards throughout all stages, including reinforcement installation, formwork setup, concrete placement, testing procedures, and curing processes.
Requirements:
Obtained through a recognized technical certificate program accredited by City & Guilds in either Civil or Structural Engineering disciplines.
With a minimum of seven years of hands-on experience, you have successfully led teams as a Concrete Foreman on civil or road construction projects.
Proven expertise in executing reinforced concrete projects, including culverts, drainage structures, and structural concrete applications, with extensive hands-on experience.
Possesses expertise in formwork installation, reinforcing bar fixing techniques, slump testing protocols, cube sampling methodologies, and curing processes.
Capable of interpreting structural drawings while overseeing site concrete crews, consisting of ten or more laborers.
