Skilled technicians will diagnose and rectify issues with designated electrical equipment, including inverters, UPS systems, batteries, voltage stabilizers, and other related appliances, strictly adhering to the Service Centre’s established protocols.
Address technical concerns pertaining to the product, both within and beyond the service center’s premises.
Ensure strict adherence to all service center protocols, encompassing repair protocols, workflow management, safety standards, and ongoing training initiatives.
Compile and submit daily reports detailing activities, ensuring all tasks are accurately documented and reviewed for completeness and correctness.
Assist with additional tasks as directed by management to support operational needs and ensure organizational efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development is necessary. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are critical. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required.
A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or an HND in a related field, is required for this position.
Proficiency in the repair and installation of inverters, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and automatic voltage regulators (AVR) is considered beneficial.
Proficiency in electrical wiring methodologies and electronic component fundamentals constitutes a valuable asset.
Skilled in leveraging computer systems and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
