Perform diagnostics and corrective maintenance on designated equipment, including inverters, UPS systems, batteries, voltage stabilizers, and other related electrical appliances, strictly adhering to the established service center protocols.
Address technical challenges associated with the product both within and beyond the service center environment.
Document and comply with the established service center protocols concerning repair processes, workflow management, safety standards, and training requirements.
You are responsible for compiling and submitting daily reports summarizing ongoing activities, progress, and key performance indicators for review by management. These reports ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with organizational goals by documenting completed tasks, pending items, and any challenges encountered. Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and adherence to deadlines are essential for maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of these reports. Proficiency in relevant software tools and the ability to synthesize complex information into concise updates are also required.

Qualifications/Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent Higher National Diploma (HND) is required.
Proficiency in maintaining, repairing, and installing Inverter systems, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units, and Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR) is considered beneficial.
Proficiency in electrical wiring practices and electronic component comprehension is considered advantageous.
Skilled in utilizing computers and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
