Responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues in assigned equipment, including Inverters, UPS systems, Batteries, Voltage Stabilizers, and other pertinent electrical appliances, strictly adhering to the established protocols of the Service Centre.
Provide technical support for product-related issues both within and outside the service center.
The position requires strict adherence to established service center protocols and guidelines concerning repairs, workflow management, safety protocols, training initiatives, and other operational standards.
Each day, employees are required to submit reports outlining their activities, ensuring all tasks and accomplishments are documented for transparency and accountability. This includes logging hours worked, projects completed, and any challenges encountered, with a focus on maintaining accurate and timely records. The reports serve as a key tool for team leaders to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide necessary support to meet project deadlines.
Additionally, you may be tasked with performing other duties as assigned, ensuring adaptability and flexibility in your role.
