Diagnose and resolve issues with designated equipment, including inverters, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), batteries, voltage stabilizers, and other related electrical devices, adhering strictly to the established protocols of the Service Centre.
Address technical concerns affecting the product both within and beyond the service center environment.
Document all service center activities in strict compliance with established procedures, encompassing repair protocols, job sequencing, safety standards, and staff training requirements.
Compile comprehensive daily activity reports summarizing key tasks, progress, and outcomes for transparency and tracking purposes.
Assist with additional tasks as deemed necessary from time to time.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of three years of professional experience in software development is necessary. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, is preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are critical. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also required. Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.
A Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is required.
Proficiency in the repair and installation of inverters, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and automatic voltage regulators (AVR) is considered advantageous.
A strong understanding of electrical wiring methods and electronic components would be beneficial.
Skilled in operating computers and proficient in utilizing MS Office software suites.
