Provide technical expertise and inputs to support Well Testing Projects.
Assist in verifying that all Well Testing Projects receive sufficient equipment, consumables, and personnel to meet operational requirements.
To support the maintenance of product quality standards, collaborate in verifying that all delivered products meet or exceed the client’s specified quality expectations.
Support the development and implementation of project execution plans while ensuring timely and successful product delivery.
All equipment and installations must be consistently maintained in a safe, optimal operating condition to ensure reliability and efficiency at all times.
Ensure that all operational activities consistently achieve the targets and deadlines established by either the Board of Governors or the assigned clients.

Conduct on-site assessments for Well Testing Projects as well as electrical projects to ensure operational accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Responsibilities include documenting and archiving all maintenance reports, job history records, and equipment status documentation for efficient tracking and retrieval.
Professionals must diligently comprehend, adhere to, and enforce both the Board of Governors’ and the client’s established Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management procedures and policies.
Maintain strict adherence to all permit-to-work systems, completing necessary documentation accurately at designated locations in accordance with both company and client-specific procedures.
Compose an SEC card for every identified hazard to ensure comprehensive documentation of observed risks.
Collaborate with the Project Office to identify opportunities for reducing costs associated with consumables and materials utilized in the Project.
Highly skilled professionals should showcase their expertise and capabilities to effectively support and temporarily replace the Senior Field Service Engineer as needed.
Contribute to the design and rollout of internal training programs.
Person Specification
A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related Applied Sciences field is required.
Requires a minimum of two years of practical experience in the capacity of a well test engineer.
Proficiency in multiphase well testing meter operations and technical principles is beneficial.
Very conversant with the oil and gas industry (upstream)
Must have an eye for details and be meticulous.
Experience with multiphase flow meters is highly beneficial.
