As a member of the Creative & Product Design team, you will report to the Head of Design and collaborate closely with Product Designers, Motion Designers, and Brand Designers to define and refine Lem Fi’s visual and experiential identity across all platforms and interactions.

In this role, you will assume a pivotal position in defining and executing our visual identity and creative direction across diverse initiatives, including campaigns, product marketing, social media, partnerships, and more. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to transform strategic plans and briefs into compelling visuals that resonate in highly competitive markets spanning the UK, Europe, North America, and Africa.

What you’ll be doing from day one
Responsibilities include overseeing the complete development of brand and marketing materials, from initial concept through final execution, spanning digital, social, print, and product marketing channels.
Maintaining and advancing Lem Fi’s visual identity to ensure uniformity across all platforms while driving the brand forward through innovative creative solutions.
Working in close partnership with the Marketing team, this role involves contributing to the development of campaign creative, paid media assets, social content, partnership collateral, and event materials.
Collaborating closely with Product Designers, we ensure brand consistency across both marketing-facing and in-app user experiences.
Maintaining and updating the design system and brand guidelines to ensure visual standards are consistently documented, accessible, and current.
Utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva, you will be responsible for generating top-tier deliverables efficiently, demonstrating a commitment to both speed and precision in your work.

What you’ll bring
Seeking candidates with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in brand design, visual design, or a comparable creative capacity, preferably within a technology-driven company, startup environment, or agency specializing in consumer-facing brands.
We seek a robust portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity development, campaign creative design, social and digital asset creation, and multichannel visual storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) is essential, as is experience with Figma and Canva. Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools would be advantageous.
Demonstrated expertise in upholding and enhancing brand guidelines and visual systems is required.
You possess exceptional instincts for typography, layout, and color, enabling you to discern effective design choices and clearly communicate your reasoning.
The capacity to operate autonomously, efficiently organize your time across various assignments, and maintain consistent without constant oversight is essential.
