We are in search of an enthusiastic and performance-oriented Sales Specialist to become part of a rapidly expanding fintech organization. The successful applicant will be tasked with cultivating new leads, fostering meaningful connections with potential clients, securing sales conversions, and contributing to overall business expansion by leveraging exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Oversee and lead comprehensive operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of excellence. Direct and mentor cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, streamline processes, and enhance productivity. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive long-term growth, innovation, and sustainable success, while monitoring key performance indicators to assess progress and impact. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape business strategies, allocate resources efficiently, and identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. Act as a key liaison between departments, bridging communication gaps and resolving conflicts to maintain a cohesive and high-performing work environment. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards to uphold organizational integrity and mitigate risks.

Contact potential clients via phone calls and alternative communication platforms to initiate and nurture professional relationships.

Develop, evaluate, and pursue potential sales prospects while maintaining consistent follow-up to ensure engagement and progression through the sales pipeline.

Demonstrate and advocate products and services with clarity and persuasiveness to drive engagement and achieve sales objectives.

Forge and sustain robust professional connections with clients and prospects alike.

Minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Candidates must live in Saba or its surrounding areas, or alternatively, possess the ability to travel there effortlessly on a regular basis.

A minimum of two years of professional experience in telemarketing, sales, business development, customer support, or comparable positions is required.

Achieves and exceeds sales targets consistently, demonstrating a robust and reliable performance history.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate with diplomacy, and persuade stakeholders with compelling arguments.

Exceptional proficiency in cultivating and sustaining productive customer relationships is essential.
