What Will You Be Doing?
Craft and implement strategic sales and business development initiatives designed to foster consistent revenue growth across the company’s portfolio of products and services.
We seek professionals skilled in uncovering and evaluating new business prospects within software development, digital transformation, technology consulting, talent outsourcing, recruitment, workforce solutions, and digital product offerings to drive growth and innovation.
Drive demand and facilitate the acquisition of Intelligent Innovations’ cutting-edge technology solutions, such as Appanage and a comprehensive suite of enterprise-grade products and services.
Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline by engaging in targeted prospecting, cultivating strategic networking initiatives, leveraging referrals and partnerships, participating in industry events, and optimizing digital channels for outreach.
Build and foster strong connections with business leaders, decision-makers, HR professionals, procurement specialists, and other key stakeholders to drive collaboration and strategic alignment.
Lead client discovery sessions, deliver solution presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and facilitate consultative sales meetings.
Analyze client challenges and propose tailored technology and business solutions that generate tangible, measurable value.
Craft proposals, quotations, presentations, business cases, and commercial agreements with precision and professionalism.
Negotiate and finalize high-value deals and enduring contracts with exceptional skill, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and sustained partnerships.
Partner with Product, Delivery, Customer Experience, Recruitment, and Marketing teams to streamline onboarding processes and enhance service delivery.
Forge and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to unlock new business opportunities and generate additional revenue streams.
Oversee critical client relationships while exploring avenues to promote upselling and cross-selling of supplementary solutions.
To stay ahead in the market, analyze current trends, track industry advancements, assess competitor strategies, and evaluate emerging technologies to uncover potential growth opportunities.
Produce precise sales projections, pipeline analyses, customer documentation, and opportunity tracking utilizing CRM platforms.
Drive consistent growth in monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue performance, consistently surpassing established targets.
You will serve as the company’s ambassador at various professional gatherings, including conferences, exhibitions, networking events, business forums, and industry engagements.
Prepare and deliver periodic business development reports, along with strategic insights and recommendations, to senior management on an ongoing basis.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related discipline is required.
With a minimum of five to seven years of experience in Technology Sales and Business Development within the Enterprise sector, candidates should possess a proven track record in driving revenue growth and fostering strategic partnerships.
Experienced professionals in business-to-business sales environments, particularly those with backgrounds in solution selling, SaaS sales, recruitment sales, outsourcing sales, or similar roles, are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrates a track record of consistently surpassing established revenue goals and objectives.
Achieved measurable success in the sale of technology solutions, digital products, IT services, consulting services, or business solutions.
Proven track record in overseeing large-scale corporate accounts and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders at the executive level.
Professional experience acquired within a technology enterprise, consulting agency, outsourcing provider, or digital services firm is strongly preferred.
Proven expertise in business development, strategic sales planning, and cultivating key client relationships.
Exceptional proficiency in delivering compelling presentations, engaging in strategic negotiations, and successfully finalizing agreements is required.
Demonstrates a deep comprehension of technology solutions, digital transformation initiatives, and business process optimization strategies.
You must demonstrate exceptional ability in both communication and stakeholder management to excel in this role.
