Job Summary

A Customer Experience Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality informational and service-related support to patients and stakeholders on behalf of the hospital, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

The Customer Experience Officer is tasked with managing incoming phone inquiries, addressing patient concerns related to medical care, and connecting patients with the appropriate resources to resolve their issues effectively.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
