Brief Description
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all nationwide operations for JMG/Samara Productions and GRN, ensuring adherence to established store and warehouse policies and procedures while maintaining consistency and efficiency across all locations.
Conducts a wide range of responsibilities to ensure efficient operations, including planning, organizing, and overseeing daily activities to meet organizational goals. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, monitor progress, and resolve operational challenges. Develops and maintains policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Analyzes performance metrics and reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring corrective action. Provides leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a productive and accountable work environment. Manages resources, budgets, and timelines to optimize efficiency and deliver high-quality results.
Collaborate closely with relevant departments and branches to synchronize JMG/SAMARA production postings.
Coordinate collaboration between the JMG and SAMARA GRN departments and their respective branches to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes.
To ensure accurate month-end reporting, conduct a thorough audit of the monthly stocks ledger, focusing on reconciling discrepancies such as variances in Goods Received Notes (GRN) and deliveries that remain uninvoiced, as well as negative quantity balances within the inventory.
Oversee and track all purchase orders as well as any supplementary fees to ensure accuracy and adherence to established guidelines.
Before finalizing the closure, conduct a thorough review of the management order (MO) to confirm its completion without any errors or discrepancies.
To verify accurate closure, conduct a comparison between the MO lock and the TB MO, ensuring all procedures are executed correctly.
Preparation of monthly production reports and Goods Received Notes (GRN), along with tracking the aging of outstanding Material Orders (MO’s), and compiling weekly bank stock updates.
Oversee all personnel within the JMG and SAMARA GRN teams as well.
Ensure the effective implementation and adherence to JMG and Samara production protocols, as well as Goods Received Note (GRN) policies and procedures.
Handle all additional directives and inquiries from the Head of Department (HOD) promptly and thoroughly.
