Responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with assigned electrical equipment, including inverters, UPS systems, batteries, voltage stabilizers, and other related appliances, strictly adhering to the established Service Centre protocols.
Address technical challenges associated with the product both within and beyond the service center environment.
Document and comply with established service center protocols concerning repair operations, workflow management, safety protocols, training requirements, and other relevant guidelines.
Compile and submit comprehensive reports detailing daily activities to ensure transparency and accountability in operations.
Carry out any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by management.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. The ideal applicant will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Additionally, experience in project management and a proven track record of delivering results within tight deadlines are highly desirable.
A Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is required.
Proficiency in the repair and installation of Inverters, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR) is considered advantageous.
A solid understanding of electrical wiring methods and electronic components would be beneficial.
Skilled in operating computers and proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
