Responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues on assigned equipment, including Inverters, UPS systems, Batteries, Voltage Stabilizers, and other related electrical devices, while adhering to the Service Centre’s established procedures.
Respond to technical product-related issues both within and outside the service center environment.
Document all service center operations, ensuring strict compliance with established repair protocols, workflow processes, safety standards, and training requirements.
Compile and submit comprehensive daily activity reports summarizing all tasks performed throughout the day.
Execute any additional tasks as may be directed.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are expected. Knowledge of project management principles is preferred. At least three years of related work experience is mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential traits. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance is advantageous.
A Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is required for this position.
Proven experience in the repair and installation of inverters, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and automatic voltage regulators (AVR) is highly desirable.
Proficiency in electrical wiring methodologies and electronic component functionality is highly desirable.
A strong working knowledge of computers and the MS Office suite is essential.
