The compensation package for this position ranges from 250,000 to 350,000 on a monthly basis.

Job Summary

We are in search of a highly motivated Sales Executive with a track record of success in the HVAC accessories sector to expand sales, cultivate new business opportunities, and nurture key industry relationships. The perfect fit for this role will demonstrate deep product expertise and an established network of HVAC contractors, installers, and project-based companies.

Responsibilities include managing and overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless workflow, leading and supervising a team to achieve performance targets, and developing strategic plans to enhance productivity and efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, implementing process improvements, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align objectives and foster innovation is also required, as is preparing comprehensive reports to track progress and present insights to stakeholders. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and exceptional communication skills are necessary to excel in this role.

We are responsible for driving sales and fostering customer engagement for a comprehensive range of HVAC accessories, including self-adhesive duct tapes, aluminum foil tapes, insulation tapes, flexible ducts, dampers, grilles, diffusers, insulation materials, sealants, fasteners, and other related products essential to HVAC systems.

Foster strategic partnerships and oversee engagements with HVAC contractors, installers, consultants, fabricators, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

Conduct thorough assessments of HVAC projects and systematically cultivate new sales opportunities to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.

To meet or exceed the predetermined monthly and quarterly sales quotas set by management, ensuring consistent performance and alignment with organizational objectives.

Craft quotations, engage in pricing negotiations, and finalize agreements to secure sales.

Perform routine on-site assessments at HVAC project sites and client facilities.

Analyze and monitor evolving market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing dynamics within the HVAC accessories sector.

Collaborate with various internal departments to guarantee seamless order fulfillment and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.

Maintain precise documentation of sales activities, ensuring meticulous tracking of records, pipelines, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; alternatively, equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in Python and Java is essential. Prior experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS or Azure, is highly desirable. Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices is necessary. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are crucial. Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and cross-functional teams are also required.

Requires 2 to 5 years of hands-on sales experience specifically within the HVAC accessories sector.

Experienced professionals should possess practical expertise in HVAC consumables and accessory items, with a particular emphasis on duct tapes and insulation products.

A degree in Business, Engineering, or a closely related field—such as OND, HND, or a Bachelor’s—is required for this role.
