We are in search of a highly professional, detail-oriented, and client-centered Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for our corporate headquarters. In this role, you will facilitate the seamless functioning of our front-desk operations within a dynamic, multidisciplinary organization specializing in telecom maintenance, oil and gas, construction, and fiber optic services.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties that encompass strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear communication channels and fostering productive relationships. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall business growth. Analyze complex data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and recommend actionable solutions that support informed decision-making. Mentor and coach team members to cultivate a high-performance culture, promote professional development, and achieve collective goals.

Front Desk Management: Responsible for professionally greeting visitors, clients, and contractors upon arrival. Oversee walk-in traffic and ensure the reception area remains inviting and well-organized at all times.

Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism, efficiently directing inquiries to the appropriate departments and overseeing company mail and courier services.

Coordinate meeting room reservations and support the scheduling of appointments for executive leadership.

Provide administrative support by managing visitor logs, performing basic filing duties, handling document scanning, and carrying out other essential clerical tasks.

Provide administrative assistance to the HR and office administration teams by managing office supplies, preparing internal communications, and coordinating meeting logistics.

Maintain the company’s corporate image by demonstrating professionalism in appearance, communication, and behavior.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, project management, and strategic planning, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Familiarity with industry-specific software, tools, and methodologies is essential, as is the capacity to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Additional preferred qualifications include certifications in project management, such as PMP or Agile, and prior leadership experience in a team environment.

Education: A Bachelor of Science degree or Higher National Diploma in any field is required. Candidates with coursework in Mass Communication, Business Administration, or Office Management will be given preference.

With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a corporate or technical setting, candidates should demonstrate proficiency as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Administrative Assistant.

Required competencies include strong verbal and written proficiency in English, alongside advanced skills in MS Office and Google Workspace. Additionally, the role demands polished phone etiquette and exceptional interpersonal abilities.

Maintains a polished and professional appearance, demonstrates consistent punctuality, exercises discretion, takes initiative, and efficiently manages multiple priorities with composure in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.
