YOUR MISSION
As a member of the Sales team, your primary responsibility will involve collaborating directly with local retailers and major brands to showcase their offerings on the Glove platform. You will operate alongside fellow sales executives while contributing to a local, cross-functional team to drive strategic partnerships and enhance platform visibility.
THE JOURNEY
Ensure comprehensive management of the entire sales lifecycle for visibility assets in collaboration with existing partners, identifying and negotiating optimal products tailored to their specific requirements and aligned with their respective city-based needs.
To achieve established monthly and quarterly goals set forth by the organization, collaborate closely with the team to ensure alignment with company objectives. Regularly track progress toward these targets, identify any gaps, and take corrective actions as needed to maintain consistent performance.
Responsible for overseeing the complete sales process, from lead qualification and initial engagement through pitching, negotiation, and deal submission, to finalizing onboarding and evaluating early partner performance.
Drive your sales pipeline with precision, meticulously prioritizing opportunities to secure high-caliber deal submissions and deliver dependable forecasts.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across Content, Operations, and Finance to resolve obstacles in the onboarding and activation processes.
Monitor early-stage partner performance and assume responsibility for rectifying any shortcomings in their metrics soon after the initiative’s debut.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required for this role, complemented by a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with project management methodologies and compliance standards is a valued asset.
With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Sales, Business Development, or other customer-facing positions, candidates who possess prior involvement in the food delivery, hospitality, or restaurant sectors will be given preferential consideration.
