Job Overview
We are in search of a highly motivated and outcomes-focused Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead student enrollment initiatives, cultivate strategic alliances, and enhance the market presence of our technology training programs. The preferred candidate will possess extensive experience in sales within the education or ed-tech sector, demonstrate a deep understanding of the tech education market, and exhibit a track record of achieving quantifiable growth.
Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure organizational objectives are consistently met. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop and implement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to senior management to inform decision-making. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team while ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Mentor and develop team members through targeted coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.

Enhance enrollment and adoption of technology training programs by engaging with individuals and organizations to drive sales and foster interest in these educational offerings.
Responsibilities include proactively identifying, cultivating, and securing new leads while ensuring consistent follow-up to capitalize on enrollment prospects.
Drive sales performance beyond established monthly and quarterly goals, consistently surpassing predetermined benchmarks to ensure robust revenue growth and enhanced profitability.
Conduct thorough evaluations of enrollment patterns to identify opportunities for strategic enhancement, thereby driving improved outcomes.
Develop and nurture robust client connections to stimulate referrals and foster sustained engagement.
Forge and cultivate strategic alliances with educational institutions, non-governmental organizations, corporate entities, grassroots organizations, and governmental bodies.
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with essential stakeholders to bolster brand credibility and extend market presence.
Partner with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated campaigns spanning both digital and traditional channels.
Responsible for managing the creation and execution of promotional materials, social media content, and outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Serves as the academy’s ambassador at education fairs, conferences, networking events, and seminars, representing its mission and values with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Present compelling pitches and insightful presentations to key stakeholders and partners, effectively communicating strategic initiatives and fostering collaborative decision-making.
Analyze current market trends, assess competitor products and services, evaluate emerging technologies, and identify student preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
Perform comprehensive assessments to determine the viability of entering new markets or pursuing growth initiatives.
Compile monthly and quarterly performance reports, analyzing data to extract meaningful insights and formulate actionable recommendations.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, coupled with at least three years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with a strong understanding of algorithms and data structures. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment are required. Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, is highly desirable. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is required.
Proven sales expertise acquired over a 3-5 year period is required.
Achieved consistent growth in enrollment through strategic planning and execution, while cultivating and maintaining high-impact partnerships to expand institutional reach and opportunities.
A solid grasp of the technology ecosystem, proficient digital skills training, and workforce development expertise are essential for this role.
