Plan, coordinate, and oversee all national-level operations for JMG/Samara Productions and GRN postings, ensuring alignment with established policies and procedures across all stores and warehouses. Implement and maintain standardized guidelines to uphold consistency and efficiency throughout the organization.

The role involves conducting monthly audits of the stocks’ ledger to support month-end reporting, with a focus on reconciling discrepancies such as variances in goods received notes (GRN) and deliveries not yet invoiced, as well as addressing negative inventory quantities.
Oversee all purchase orders and associated additional charges to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Ensure the completion of the MO process without errors before proceeding with the lock.
Ensure accurate comparison between MO lock and TB MO to verify complete closure.
Monthly reports are to be prepared, covering production data, Goods Received Notes (GRN), the aging of outstanding Material Orders (MO’s), and weekly bank stock balances.
Oversee all JMG and SAMARA GRN personnel to ensure adherence to established protocols and standards.
Ensure full compliance with and execution of JMG and Samara production protocols, as well as Goods Receipt Note (GRN) policies and procedures.
Handle all additional requests from the Head of Department as they arise.
