A dynamic Sales Supervisor is needed to oversee and elevate our sales team’s performance. The successful candidate will focus on boosting sales outcomes, providing leadership to sales staff, and upholding exceptional customer service standards.

Oversee and execute critical duties including managing daily operations, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, drive innovation, and foster a culture of continuous growth. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and report findings to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Serve as a key liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination to achieve operational excellence.

Oversee and manage the day-to-day sales operations to ensure efficient execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Establish sales objectives and guarantee that the team achieves or surpasses them.

Train, instruct, and inspire sales representatives to achieve peak performance and drive revenue growth through ongoing mentorship and encouragement.

Track sales metrics and generate periodic reports to assess performance trends.

Address customer concerns and inquiries with a professional demeanor, ensuring each issue is resolved efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction.

Ensure strict adherence to company-established sales policies and procedures throughout all operational activities.

The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, as is the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of problem-solving, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning. Familiarity with regulatory standards and best practices within the industry is also a must.

A bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or higher national diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seasoned professionals with a track record of success in Sales Supervisor or Senior Sales Representative roles are encouraged to apply.
