Oversee and execute core duties encompassing project management, team coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless operational workflows. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance within the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and drive sustainable growth. Monitor progress through established metrics, providing data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Proactively engage corporate clients to promote and expand the sale of industrial chemicals, laboratory equipment, and water treatment solutions.

Proactively source and transform emerging business prospects within key sectors, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, oil and gas, and research.

Develop and sustain robust professional connections with procurement officers, laboratory managers, and critical decision-makers to foster collaboration and drive mutual success.

Craft compelling technical proposals, detailed quotations, and persuasive presentations tailored to prospective clients.

Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives while driving revenue growth and maintaining high performance standards.

Oversee field sales officers’ activities and deliver consistent performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

A Bachelor of Science degree or Bachelor of Technology in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related scientific field is required.

With a minimum of five to seven years of proven B2B sales expertise, ideally within the chemical or laboratory product supply sectors.

Proficient knowledge of chemical products, laboratory instrumentation, and their industrial utilization is essential.

Exceptional proficiency in negotiation, communication, and client relationship management is essential.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, with a preference for candidates familiar with CRM tools.
