Responsible for creating, overseeing, and maintaining Plans of Work (POW) and associated schedules in a systematic and organized manner.
Construct and update the risk register to ensure accurate tracking and documentation of potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
A comprehensive and detailed procurement plan is developed in alignment with project schedules, ensuring timely and strategic acquisition of necessary resources.
Developing a comprehensive resource delivery plan for materials and equipment, aligning it meticulously with the project timeline, ensures timely and efficient project execution.
Facilitating structured documentation, monitoring, and follow-up of action items arising from Periodic Project Meetings, ensuring participation from all relevant stakeholders.
Ensuring that actual work progress aligns closely with planned schedules, this role involves actively supporting the execution team to maintain alignment and efficiency throughout project implementation.
Consistent delivery of project performance and progress updates to the client is required at specified intervals.
Conduct an evaluation of the work schedule to determine any changes or delays and their impact on the timeline, then formulate and implement mitigation strategies to minimize the adverse effects of such delays.
Enhancing the Project Management Office (PMO) by improving and optimizing current workflows contributes significantly to its development.
Maintain Program Trackers, including Action Items trackers, as directed by program managers.
Performs various additional responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time, including but not limited to special projects, temporary tasks, or other operational needs as they arise.
Job Requirements
A bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering or quantity surveying, is required, along with professional experience that must be substantiated by relevant certifications.
Demonstrates a minimum of one to two years of hands-on expertise in project planning.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive organizational success through strategic vision and decisive action.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities are essential for this role.
Highly developed organizational abilities combined with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently are required for this role.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
Skilled in effectively managing projects with precision and strategic oversight.
Experienced professional with extensive background in project execution, proficient in utilizing MS Project.
Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera and Microsoft Project is essential.
Proficient in the methodologies and sequential steps involved in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Proficiency in recognizing deviations from established standards is required.
