Technical Skills:
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles. Experience with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum. Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and DevOps practices is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
Seeking candidates with strong expertise in full-stack development tools, including Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, among others.
Proven expertise in software development frameworks and tools, including REACT, SPRING, DJANGO, among others, is essential.
Required proficiency with database management systems, including but not limited to Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, MySQL, and related tools.
Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI-ML), Data Science, and Analytics would be considered a plus.
Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that enhance efficiency, compliance, and performance across all departments. Lead initiatives to optimize workflows, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while mentoring teams to achieve excellence in service delivery. Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate progress, and report key metrics to senior leadership to inform data-driven decision-making.
Instruct assigned IT courses as directed by management to ensure comprehensive coverage of the curriculum and alignment with organizational goals.
Deliver practical training sessions and illustrative real-world scenarios to enrich the educational experience.
Provide ongoing mentorship and support to students throughout their academic progression.
Cultivate a dynamic and encouraging educational setting that motivates students and fosters their ability to reach their highest academic and personal goals.
Regularly assess and evaluate student performance by reviewing assignments, projects, quizzes, and exams to ensure comprehension and mastery of course material.
To ensure alignment with current industry developments, continually research and integrate emerging trends into instructional content and classroom activities.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required, with HND qualifications also being acceptable.
Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience in teaching or training, or equivalent hands-on expertise within fields such as Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.
