Our client, a premier fashion house, seeks a dynamic Production Lead to manage the entire production lifecycle—from initial sampling stages through to final product delivery.
This position requires a proactive approach to detecting potential delays or operational inefficiencies, followed by the swift implementation of corrective measures to maintain production schedules while upholding the organization’s stringent quality and efficiency benchmarks.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational objectives. Responsible for analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability. Act as a liaison between senior leadership and department teams to facilitate transparent communication, align priorities, and drive cohesive decision-making. Additionally, mentor and develop team members by providing constructive feedback, fostering professional growth, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Ensure rigorous quality assurance measures are implemented and maintained at every phase of the production cycle.
Conduct thorough examinations of garments to verify precision in stitching, correct pattern alignment, uniformity in dye application, accurate sizing, and flawless finishing, ensuring compliance with the company’s stringent quality standards.
Develop and oversee production schedules, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution and alignment with project objectives.
Ensure consistent coordination between internal and external manufacturing facilities, dye houses, and suppliers to align on key priorities and meet established delivery deadlines.
Track and oversee inventory levels for raw materials, production supplies, and finished goods to ensure adequate availability and prevent shortages.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with domestic and global fabric and material vendors to uphold stringent quality standards and guarantee punctual shipments.
Direct and empower the production team to achieve peak performance, cultivate a culture of accountability, and foster seamless collaboration throughout all operations.

Person Specifications
A bachelor’s degree is required; possession of an MBA or relevant certification is considered beneficial.
A minimum of twelve years of professional experience is required, including at least five years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Demonstrated expertise in fashion, textile, or manufacturing operations is required.
