Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing project management, team coordination, and performance monitoring to ensure operational excellence and adherence to strategic objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive plans, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and maintain high standards of quality. Serve as a key liaison between departments, stakeholders, and leadership to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration. Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and best practices while mitigating risks and addressing operational challenges proactively.

Execute continuous field activation strategies within strategic high-traffic corridors to enhance remittance value and volume.

Collaborate strategically with corridor associations and key influencers to enhance and streamline the remittance onboarding process for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide comprehensive guidance to customers regarding the remittance services offered by Memo PSB, ensuring they fully understand the features, benefits, and processes involved.

Compile and distribute weekly and monthly performance reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all submissions.

Investigate and address discrepancies in remittance transactions to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Liaise collaboratively with clients and internal business units to address and resolve remittance-related inquiries efficiently.

Requirements

Holders of a Bachelor of Science degree or Higher National Diploma in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or a closely related field are encouraged to apply.

Sales professionals with prior experience in a financial services setting are required.

Seeking candidates with a proven track record of 1–2 years in remittance operations, sales execution, and field activation initiatives.

Proficiency in French is essential for this role.

Proven capability to collaborate effectively in international settings, demonstrating cultural adaptability and seamless communication across diverse geographical locations.

Proficient fluency in French or a local Ghanaian dialect is essential, alongside strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of compliance requirements.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are essential for this role. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a high degree of precision in executing tasks while maintaining efficiency in managing workflows and priorities.
