Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and project management to ensure seamless organizational workflow and achievement of business objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to optimize efficiency, compliance, and productivity across teams. Lead cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration and alignment with company goals while monitoring progress and mitigating risks. Analyze data, generate reports, and present insights to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Serve as a liaison between departments, senior leadership, and external partners to facilitate clear communication and resolve escalated issues. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, quality standards, and ethical practices to uphold organizational integrity and reputation.

Drive revenue growth by strategically promoting and selling the company’s offerings to new and established clients, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client needs.

Achieve daily call volume objectives while effectively transforming leads into closed sales opportunities.

Partner with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation and client acquisition strategies.

Perform comprehensive market research and deliver strategic insights that enhance trading decision-making processes.

Engage actively in ongoing training initiatives and career-enhancing professional development opportunities to continually expand and refine your skills and knowledge.

Assist in enhancing operational efficiency by providing support for back-office functions as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

A minimum of two years of professional experience in FX/Forex sales or a comparable position is required.

Achieved consistent success in surpassing predefined sales objectives, demonstrating a robust ability to deliver results that meet or exceed established benchmarks.

Demonstrates a robust enthusiasm for financial markets, trading strategies, and investment methodologies.

Proficiency in CRM platforms, including Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot, is essential for this role.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required to effectively manage documentation, data analysis, and presentations.

Exceptional proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions is essential.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in organizing tasks and efficiently managing time to meet deadlines.

Individuals should possess a sharp analytical acumen coupled with exceptional aptitude for resolving complex challenges efficiently.

Proficiency in utilizing trading platforms is considered beneficial.
