Key Responsibilities
Design and refine process systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Evaluate plant operations and drive enhancement projects to optimize efficiency and output.
Perform process simulations and conduct detailed analyses to identify and resolve operational issues effectively.
Facilitate the execution of plant commissioning, oversee start-up procedures, and conduct performance testing to ensure operational readiness and compliance with established standards.
Monitor key performance indicators and propose enhancements to streamline operational efficiency.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in project management, proficiency in Agile methodologies, and strong leadership skills. The ideal applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities. Knowledge of industry-standard software tools, such as JIRA or Asana, is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with budget tracking and risk assessment processes is also essential. The role demands adaptability to shifting priorities and the capacity to mentor junior team members effectively.
A bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline, is required for this position.
Requires 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Refining, Manufacturing, or related sectors.
Possesses comprehensive expertise in process engineering methodologies and principles.
