Responsibilities include the development, maintenance, and evaluation of comprehensive project schedules spanning Levels 1 through 4, covering all phases from engineering to construction.
Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly progress updates to project stakeholders in a timely manner.
Track and analyze performance metrics, including progress measurement, S-curves, critical path analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVM) to ensure project alignment with schedule and budget objectives.
Accurate progress documentation and milestone tracking are essential to ensure invoicing is supported effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to maintain consistency between engineering, procurement, construction, cost control, and document control departments.
Responsibilities include ensuring project schedules, forecasts, and control reports remain precise and current.

We are seeking candidates with five to seven years of hands-on experience in planning and scheduling, ideally within EPC or oil and gas project environments.
Proven expertise in utilizing Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities.
Possesses a strong understanding of the EPC project lifecycle, progress tracking methodologies, critical path method (CPM), and effective reporting practices.
A PMP certification is considered beneficial.
