Job Summary

The Station Manager oversees all daily operations of the filling station, guaranteeing smooth fuel sales, high customer satisfaction, strict inventory accountability, adherence to safety regulations, and sustained profitability.

Oversee and execute critical operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high standards of performance. Lead key initiatives that drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth across the department. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance productivity and streamline processes. Monitor progress through data-driven assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and fostering strong professional relationships. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards while upholding ethical business practices. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Oversee cash handling operations and ensure accurate reconciliation of financial records to maintain integrity and compliance with established procedures.

Conduct thorough analyses of stock discrepancies and losses to identify underlying causes and implement corrective measures.

Deliver consistently high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Oversee the scheduling and execution of equipment maintenance and repair activities to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.

Compile operational and sales reports as part of routine duties.

Maintain a consistently clean and professional appearance of the station at all times.
