Enhance business expansion, increase deposit mobilization, and boost revenue generation specifically within the Oil & Gas industry.
Devise and implement strategic initiatives in alignment with the Bank’s overarching goals and mission objectives.
Develop and oversee strategic partnerships with Oil & Gas firms and essential industry stakeholders.
Conduct negotiations and develop structured financial and transactional resolutions.
Supervise, mentor, and cultivate the professional growth of Relationship Managers and Business Development teams.
Evaluate operational effectiveness by tracking performance metrics, monitoring pipeline progress, and ensuring business targets are met.
Guarantee robust credit quality, effective risk management, adherence to regulatory requirements, and rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.
Serves as the Bank’s primary representative at industry conferences, forums, and stakeholder gatherings, actively engaging with key participants to promote the Bank’s interests and strengthen relationships.
Facilitate the expansion of cross-selling initiatives across Treasury, Trade Finance, Corporate Banking, and Digital Banking product offerings.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in any field is required; advanced qualifications are highly desirable.
With a minimum of seven to ten years of directly relevant experience—ideally gained in the Oil & Gas, Commercial, or Corporate Banking sectors—you will bring a solid foundation of industry-specific knowledge and proven expertise to this role.
CBN certification is either a mandatory requirement or a valuable added advantage for candidates applying for this position.
Accomplished sales leader with a demonstrated history of driving revenue growth, cultivating client relationships, and delivering measurable business results.
Professionals should possess a comprehensive grasp of the operational, financial, and regulatory complexities inherent in the Oil & Gas industry, including critical risk factors and compliance obligations.
Analytical prowess, leadership acumen, and negotiation expertise are essential for this role.
