Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and stakeholder engagement to drive organizational success. Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of initiatives aligned with company objectives, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, optimize processes, and enhance efficiency across departments. Manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and monitor performance metrics to achieve measurable outcomes. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while maintaining strong communication channels with internal and external partners.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for, among other duties, the following tasks:

Maintain the proper operation and care of all assigned vehicles to ensure they remain in optimal working condition at all times.

Ensures that all assigned vehicle documents remain valid, complete, and current at all times.

Promptly notify the appropriate personnel of any observed malfunctions, failures, or component deficiencies in the vehicle, ensuring follow-through until the repair or replacement process is fully resolved.

Promptly service and meticulously monitor assigned vehicles to ensure high-quality delivery.

Ensure the vehicle is operated solely for its designated functions, adhering to all applicable guidelines and protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess the relevant qualifications, skills, and experience necessary for the role, along with a proven track record in similar positions. Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential, as is the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in industry-specific tools and software will be required, and familiarity with relevant regulations or standards is highly desirable. The successful applicant must demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Holds a senior school certificate or equivalent qualification.

Exhibit unwavering integrity, strong ethical principles, and disciplined conduct while possessing a comprehensive understanding of traffic codes and signage.

Possess at least five years of professional driving experience.

A valid driver’s license, along with proficiency in operating both lightweight vehicles (such as cars and buses) and medium to heavy trucks (weighing between 16 and 22 tonnes), would be considered a beneficial qualification.

A primary school-leaving certificate holder possessing strong and flawless driving expertise, coupled with a minimum of 10 years of driving experience, is equally eligible to apply.

Exhibits strong administrative and communication proficiencies while demonstrating a collaborative approach, adept at uniting team members to deliver the desired outcomes.
