MAIN FUNCTIONS
Serves as the company’s liaison on a rig site, overseeing the seamless and secure implementation of well plans. Acts as the main point of contact for rig crew and external contractors, coordinating and supervising the arrangement and administration of personnel, equipment, and service logistics.
Responsibilities include executing a range of tasks to support operational and strategic objectives. Key duties encompass collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment, analyzing data to identify trends, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and adherence to deadlines. Additionally, the position requires maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and communicating updates to stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant software and tools is essential to fulfill these responsibilities effectively.
Ensures clear communication of safety, security, health, and environmental expectations while offering guidance and facilitating the management of SHE events.
Ensures adherence to Operations Integrity Management System (AIMS) standards and protocols at the rig site through clear and consistent communication of expectations.
The role involves overseeing rig operations to deliver critical feedback and guidance to the rig contractor, ensuring strict adherence to well control protocols and effective handling of emergency situations.
Ensures that safety, operational, environmental, security, and other required drills are conducted on site at the designated intervals.
Ensures strict adherence to approved drilling and completion procedures, employing management of change protocols when modifications are necessary to maintain operational integrity.
Oversee and streamline the procurement and arrangement of logistics for services and equipment essential to ensure seamless execution of drilling and completion operations.
Supports onsite surveillance activities to ensure operational requirements are met in key areas, including kick detection, abnormal pressure monitoring, torque and drag analysis, evaluation of mud properties, and assessment of solids control efficiency.
Generates precise and comprehensive operational reports to ensure accuracy and adequacy in all reporting activities.
Coordinates with engineering and geology teams to ensure alignment on well objectives and procedural specifications.
We seek a candidate with a robust skill set and the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, proficiency in data analysis and management tools, and a minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role. Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential, along with demonstrated problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with industry-specific software and the capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively are required. Prior experience leading projects or teams is a plus.

Proficiency in supervisory or leadership positions within drilling and completion operations is required.
