What You’ll Do
Support the preparation and maintenance of precise, current financial documentation.
Daily transactions must be meticulously documented and recorded to maintain accurate financial records.
Manages both accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, vendor payments, and customer billing. Oversees the reconciliation of financial records, maintains vendor and customer relationships, and prepares reports on outstanding balances and cash flow. Requires proficiency in accounting software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Facilitate the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions by ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
Ensure the accuracy of invoices, manage payment processing, and maintain precise account reconciliation.
Prepare financial statements and reports, providing essential support to the finance team in compiling accurate and timely financial data for analysis and decision-making purposes.
Assist in the preparation of financial analyses conducted on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Facilitate both internal and external audit procedures to ensure compliance with established standards.
Maintain strict adherence to established accounting standards and regulatory procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability in financial reporting.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to collect necessary financial data and insights across various departments.
Offer support in generating financial insights to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
What We’re Looking For
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
No individual shall exceed the age of thirty.
Must hold either a completed National Youth Service Corps (NYC) program or an official exemption letter.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in analytical reasoning and the ability to resolve complex issues effectively.
Demonstrates precision and meticulousness in all tasks, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to high standards of quality.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Excel and accounting software is essential.
Proficient in conveying ideas clearly and fostering strong interpersonal relationships is essential.
