As a Van Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in enhancing product availability, cultivating robust customer connections, and consistently meeting monthly sales targets within your designated territories.

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance organizational performance, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives. Oversee cross-functional teams to drive project completion, fostering collaboration and accountability among stakeholders. Analyze market trends and operational data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements. Maintain rigorous compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity. Serve as a key liaison between leadership and departments, facilitating transparent communication and decision-making processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress and recommend data-driven adjustments as needed. Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales quotas within designated retail locations.

Daily reconciliation of sales, cash, and stock must be performed, adhering strictly to a zero-credit policy.

Adhere to the established stock allocation limit as authorized.

Facilitate the strategic expansion and market presence of all products to ensure maximum reach and visibility.

Forge and sustain robust partnerships with key distributors while expeditiously addressing any field-related challenges that may arise.

Ensure the precise preparation and submission of sales reports in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining comprehensive documentation throughout the process.

Ensure accurate execution in the market, adherence to pricing regulations, and consistent product availability.

Monitoring and evaluating progress through quantifiable metrics is essential to this role, with a focus on tracking and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

To ensure the complete fulfillment of sales objectives, you will be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding the assigned sales targets without exception. This role requires a dedicated commitment to driving revenue growth and maintaining exceptional performance standards to achieve 100% of the established sales goals.

Ensure consistent and accurate reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to maintain operational transparency and support data-driven decision-making across all levels of the organization.

Ensuring complete product availability across all designated outlets is a key responsibility of this role.

Requirements

Holding a valid driver’s license is an essential requirement for this position.

Applicants are required to possess a valid driver’s license and demonstrate a minimum of two years of hands-on driving experience.

Holders of OND, HND, or B.Sc. qualifications in any field are encouraged to apply.

1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector, is required.

Effective communication and the ability to interact positively with others are essential to this role.
