Job Summary
The Fiber Project Manager will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of fiber deployment initiatives, guaranteeing adherence to project timelines, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing a range of strategic and operational tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance standards. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance with industry regulations. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and operational staff, facilitating clear communication and alignment on objectives.
Design, oversee, and execute fiber network initiatives, encompassing FTTH, FTTB, Backbone, and Metro configurations.
Collaborate with field teams, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
Prepare and deliver precise daily and weekly reports, along with comprehensive project documentation and finalized as-built designs.
Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks, timelines, and budget constraints.
Perform comprehensive site surveys, meticulously conduct risk assessments, and carry out detailed technical evaluations.
Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain accountability for all assets.
Leverage digital platforms to manage project progress, maintain comprehensive documentation, and generate detailed reports.
Address technical challenges efficiently, ensuring timely resolution, and elevate issues to higher-level support when appropriate.
Requirements
Applicants must be no older than 40 years of age.
Proficiency in fiber optic systems, transmission technologies, and the design of Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) networks is essential.
Demonstrates exceptional ability in managing projects and delivering comprehensive reports with precision and clarity.
Required expertise in geographic information systems (GIS) applications, AutoCAD, Google Earth, and related software platforms.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical abilities are essential for this role.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related discipline is required.
Requires a minimum of three to five years of hands-on involvement in fiber-related initiatives.
