Regularly inspect the stationary tank located in the yard to ensure it remains in optimal condition and monitor for any necessary updates or adjustments.
Ensure that all truck charts are consistently updated and that calibrations are performed following each truck’s return from trips originating in the North.
Ensure operational continuity by guaranteeing no downtime exceeding 24 hours, promptly reacting to raised maintenance requests to initiate repair procedures without delay.
Ensure all records are consistently maintained, organized, and filed in a timely manner.
Comprehensive inspections are required for all trucks both prior to refueling for departure and upon their return from trips.
Maintain accurate monitoring and records of service tanks in the trucks to ensure proper oversight and timely updates.
All maintenance or repair issues for trucks must be documented via memo and addressed within a maximum of two working days.
Continuously overseeing and supervising all trucks and delivery personnel throughout their journeys, including both active trips and stationary idle periods.
Maintain the cleanliness and structural integrity of all truck and peddler chassis, including both interior and exterior components.
After the loading process at the depot, we require diligent follow-up and expert management of trucks and peddlers to ensure seamless operations and timely departures.
