Project Delivery & Technical Leadership: You will oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while providing strategic direction to technical teams. Oversee the comprehensive implementation of solar hybrid projects, ranging from 400 kW to 10 Map, guiding them through each critical phase—from advanced development and engineering to procurement, installation, rigorous testing and commissioning, provisional and final acceptance, and successful project handover.

Manage EPC schedules by verifying alignment with contractual milestones while ensuring timely, budget-conscious project completion.

Oversee the seamless integration of EMS controllers, genets, PV systems, and BESS to maintain reliable and optimized plant operations.

Review and authorize engineering designs, encompassing Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), electrical, civil, and mechanical drawings, as-built documentation, and Bills of Quantities (Boys).

Assess and authorize modifications to roof structures as well as preliminary ground engineering tasks, such as geotechnical surveys, pull-out tests, and site preparation efforts.

Oversee the complete execution of projects throughout the engineering, procurement, and construction stages, guaranteeing that critical milestones are met punctually and expenditures remain within allocated financial limits.

Provide oversight of all concluding project phases, such as provisional acceptance, handover procedures, and final acceptance, to facilitate a seamless transition into operations and ensure accurate close out documentation is completed.

Contract & Stakeholder Management: You will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and overseeing a diverse portfolio of contracts while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Execute EPC contracts effectively, managing liquidated damages, warranties, and variations or changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, Discos, OEMs, and regulatory authorities to uphold compliance standards and facilitate on-time project completion.

Oversee the performance of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors and subcontractors to ensure alignment with established cost, schedule, and quality benchmarks.

Seeking a highly motivated candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, preferably holding a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and exceptional organizational skills are essential. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, are required. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) or equivalent professional experience is required.

With a minimum of seven years of hands-on project management experience in power generation—specifically within solar—along with power distribution or large-scale commercial and industrial (C&I) engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) undertakings, the ideal candidate will bring proven expertise to this role.

A proven track record of at least three completed solar hybrid projects exceeding 3 Map, each incorporating Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), spanning the full project lifecycle from initial design through to commissioning, is required.

Experienced professionals should possess robust technical expertise in EMS (Energy Management Systems) controllers, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Genet integration.

Proficient in analyzing Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), as well as electrical, civil, and mechanical drawings, along with Bills of Quantities (Boys).

Demonstrates expertise in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contractual agreements, along with overseeing liquidated damages (LD) clauses to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Accomplished expertise in developing and maintaining project schedules, managing budgets effectively, and leveraging advanced project management software to ensure seamless execution.

Registered under FEMSA as a Category A professional, a member of USE, and holds current CORE accreditation.

PMP certification is mandatory, while CEM is considered beneficial.
