Description

Our client is in search of a meticulously organized and proactive HR & Admin Officer to bolster the company’s human resource and administrative operations.

The successful applicant will oversee employee documentation, facilitate HR procedures, assist with office management tasks, and maintain seamless daily functionality within the department.

Oversee and execute daily operational tasks to ensure seamless business functioning, including monitoring workflows, addressing inefficiencies, and implementing process improvements as needed. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to align objectives and streamline communication channels. Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and compliance standards to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory adherence. Prepare and present detailed performance reports to leadership, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights. Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to secure favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of services or materials. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Oversee the full cycle of recruitment activities, streamline onboarding procedures, and maintain comprehensive employee documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Maintain precise and up-to-date employee records as well as HR databases, ensuring comprehensive and error-free documentation at all times.

Facilitate the development and implementation of performance management frameworks and employee engagement strategies to drive organizational success and foster a positive workplace culture.

Support the execution of human resources policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance and operational efficiency.

Oversee staff attendance tracking, maintain comprehensive leave records, and prepare various HR-related reports.

Manage office administration tasks and oversee the smooth functioning of daily office operations to maintain productivity and efficiency.

Oversee the organization, maintenance, and processing of correspondence, filing systems, and critical documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with established protocols.

Responsible for the organization and management of meetings, schedules, and administrative tasks.

Assist leadership with the preparation and analysis of human resources and administrative reports to facilitate informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

Ensure adherence to all organizational policies as well as applicable regulatory standards.

We seek a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, and familiarity with best practices in [specific field, if applicable] is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are also necessary to convey complex ideas clearly. A bachelor’s degree in [relevant field] or an equivalent combination of education and experience is mandatory.

Earn a minimum of an HND or a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of one to three years of professional experience in human resources and administrative operations.

Proficiency in human resources procedures and office management practices is required.

Highly proficient in structuring tasks efficiently and optimizing schedules to ensure timely project completion. Demonstrates exceptional ability to prioritize responsibilities, manage deadlines, and maintain focus amid varying workloads.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Skilled in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Proven capability to uphold strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information with the highest professionalism and discretion.

Possesses exceptional attention to detail and robust problem-solving abilities.

Must be located in or near Baja, Lagos.

Available to commence employment within two to three weeks of acceptance of the offer.
