Job Summary
We are in search of a dynamic Sales Executive who demonstrates a strong focus on results and brings 2 to 5 years of relevant experience to our rapidly expanding HVAC (Air Conditioning) company.
This role suits individuals with a robust sales acumen and a solid grasp of technical products.
Oversee a range of essential duties encompassing project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational success. Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project delivery. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth. Collaborate with senior management to align departmental goals with broader business strategies, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
Facilitate the expansion of air conditioning and HVAC solution sales across corporate and retail client segments.
Proactively seek out and cultivate emerging business prospects within designated market segments.
Develop and nurture enduring client connections to foster ongoing partnerships and secure consistent business opportunities.
Perform on-site evaluations and deliver customized product suggestions.
Craft proposals, draft quotations, and finalize sales agreements to secure client commitments.
Work collaboratively with technical teams to guarantee smooth installation and successful delivery of projects.
Achieve or surpass established sales targets and key performance indicators with consistent excellence.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
We seek candidates with a proven track record of 2 to 5 years in sales, with a preference for experience in HVAC, engineering, technical, or B2B sales.
Proven expertise in sales methodologies and client interaction strategies.
Proficient in grasping complex technical products and articulating their features in a clear, accessible manner.
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or surpass predetermined sales objectives.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate adeptly, and cultivate strong professional relationships.
