Job Summary

We are in search of a high-performing Sales Executive with a proven track record spanning 2 to 5 years, eager to contribute to the rapid expansion of our dynamic HVAC (Air Conditioning) enterprise.

Individuals with a proven sales aptitude and a solid grasp of technical products will find this opportunity particularly compelling.

Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives and regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement. Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor financial performance to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness. Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, cultivating talent and promoting professional growth through targeted development initiatives.

Deliver air conditioning and HVAC solutions to corporate and retail clients, with a focus on maximizing sales performance.

Identify and cultivate emerging business prospects within designated markets to drive expansion and revenue growth.

Develop and nurture robust client connections to foster long-term partnerships and secure ongoing business opportunities.

Visit client locations to assess needs and deliver customized product solutions.

Craft compelling proposals, generate precise quotations, and successfully finalize sales agreements.

Partner with technical teams to facilitate smooth installation and delivery processes.

Drive sales performance to surpass established targets and key performance indicators consistently.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with a proven track record of 2 to 5 years in sales, with a preference for experience in HVAC, engineering, technical, or B2B sales environments.

Proven expertise in sales methodologies and strategies for fostering meaningful customer interactions.

Demonstrated aptitude for comprehensively grasping technical products and articulating their features, benefits, and functionalities in a clear and accessible manner to diverse audiences.

Delivers consistent performance by achieving or surpassing established sales quotas.

Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and rapport-building abilities are essential.
