Serve as a key liaison between departments, fostering collaboration and communication to align goals and resolve cross-functional challenges. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-informed decision-making. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous professional development. Deliver air conditioning and HVAC solutions to corporate and retail clients, fostering sales growth.
Proactively discover and cultivate innovative business prospects within designated market segments.
Forge and cultivate enduring client relationships to secure ongoing business opportunities.
Perform on-site assessments to deliver customized product recommendations that align with client requirements.
Draft proposals, generate quotations, and finalize sales agreements to secure client commitments.
Partner with technical teams to facilitate flawless installation and deployment processes.
Drive sales performance to meet and surpass established targets and key performance indicators.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with a proven track record of 2 to 5 years in sales, ideally within HVAC, engineering, technical, or B2B sectors.
Proven proficiency in sales methodologies and strategies for fostering meaningful customer interactions.
Must possess the capacity to grasp complex technical products and convey their functionalities in an accessible, straightforward manner.
Demonstrates a consistent ability to achieve or surpass established sales quotas.
