Performance & Talent Management: Design and implement performance appraisal frameworks aimed at fostering high performance, facilitating career advancement, and supporting succession planning initiatives.
Manage and oversee employee benefits programs, payroll administration, and compensation structures with the objective of attracting and retaining high-caliber talent.
Ensure strict adherence of all HR policies and practices to labor laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
Learning and Development professionals assess organizational training requirements, oversee the design and implementation of employee development initiatives, and spearhead upskilling efforts to enhance workforce capabilities.
