Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies that are fully aligned with both business objectives and organizational expansion plans.
Develop and implement recruitment and onboarding initiatives designed to identify, engage, and retain high-caliber candidates.
Ensure compliance of HR policies, employee records, and documentation with all applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Spearhead the creation and execution of performance management frameworks.
Foster a thriving workplace environment by designing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, strengthen retention efforts, and cultivate a vibrant organizational culture.
Assess skill deficiencies within the organization and oversee initiatives focused on succession planning and employee talent development.
Develop and oversee compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure they remain competitive in the market while maintaining internal fairness and alignment with organizational goals.
Spearhead strategic workforce planning and oversee comprehensive leave management processes to ensure organizational efficiency and compliance with relevant policies.
Direct the systematic facilitation of employee departure procedures and transition processes.
Oversee employee relations initiatives, address grievances, handle disciplinary actions, and ensure adherence to compliance procedures.
Devise, implement, and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and human resources policies consistently across all business units to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Management may delegate additional duties as deemed necessary.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a closely related field is required.
An MBA qualification is a distinct advantage in this role.
Certified HR professionals holding credentials such as CPM, PRI, or SHRM are required.
A minimum of seven years of professional experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations is required.
Requires a minimum of three years of demonstrated leadership experience.
Proficiency in fashion, hospitality, FMCG, or comparable sectors is essential.
