The Senior Associate will report to the Impact Manager for Data, Systems, and Reporting, actively contributing to the implementation and upkeep of technology solutions that support the program and the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework.

Assist in refining and enhancing quarterly reporting frameworks while generating regular reports and interactive dashboards that highlight critical metrics and key performance indicators—such as financial KPIs—for diverse stakeholder audiences.
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to facilitate the development of actionable insights, collaborating closely with the Impact Manager responsible for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL).
