JOB SUMMARY

We are in search of a seasoned and proactive Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our luxury hotel. The preferred candidate will demonstrate strategic vision, outstanding leadership abilities, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and a strong history of successfully managing teams while delivering exceptional service experiences.

The position entails a variety of key duties, including overseeing project execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and maintaining high standards of quality in all deliverables. Responsibilities also encompass collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on strategic objectives, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and providing clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires the ability to analyze complex data, develop insightful reports, and present findings in a compelling manner to support informed decision-making. The successful candidate will be expected to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, adapt to evolving business needs, and contribute to continuous process improvements within the organization. Strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Offer strategic direction and support to every department within the hotel, such as front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales, and maintenance.

Monitor and assess financial performance, oversee budgeting processes, and implement cost control measures to enhance profitability while ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks.

Oversee the hotel team and inspire high performance by cultivating a supportive workplace culture while promoting continuous professional advancement and skill enhancement.

Ensure guest services are delivered with promptness, courtesy, and a personalized approach, guaranteeing a seamless experience for all guests during their stay.

Ensure the property consistently meets stringent cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards at all times.

Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and local businesses to guarantee the hotel’s requirements are fulfilled promptly and effectively.

Develop and execute strategic marketing and promotional initiatives aimed at enhancing occupancy rates and maximizing revenue generation.

Address guest feedback and complaints promptly and effectively, always seeking to surpass guest expectations through proactive and solution-oriented approaches.

Maintain adherence to all applicable legal, health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Seeking a highly organized professional with a minimum of five years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology sector. Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with a PMP or CAP certification. Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership abilities are required, along with proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Jira. Capable of managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining strict adherence to budget constraints.

A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

Experience in hotel management or comparable positions, with a minimum of three to five years in the field, is required.

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal capabilities are required.

Proven proficiency in conveying information clearly and effectively through both written correspondence and verbal exchanges.

Skilled in utilizing industry-specific hotel management software and the Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.

Proven expertise in financial management, coupled with extensive experience in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and in-depth analysis.

Outstanding analytical and decisive skills are essential for this role.

Demonstrates strong resilience and adaptability in high-pressure environments while efficiently managing concurrent priorities.

Requires comprehensive familiarity with the local hospitality market landscape as well as current industry trends.
