Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including standard operating procedures, performance metrics, and compliance reports, to facilitate transparency and accountability. Diagnose and resolve faults while performing necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality and performance of systems and equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functioning and longevity of equipment and systems before issues arise. Carry out scheduled checks, cleanings, lubrications, and adjustments as necessary to minimize downtime and avoid unexpected failures.

Enforcing rigorous safety standards in alignment with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols is a critical responsibility of this role. Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating workplace hazards are fundamental duties. Additionally, conducting thorough risk assessments, implementing safety training programs, and maintaining meticulous documentation of all safety-related activities are essential tasks. The position demands a keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster a culture of safety awareness across the organization.
Site reporting and documentation involve compiling, analyzing, and maintaining accurate records of project activities, progress, and outcomes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to produce clear, concise reports for stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant software tools and adherence to established documentation standards are essential. Responsibilities include tracking milestones, documenting changes, ensuring compliance with protocols, and facilitating communication between teams through well-structured reports.
Requirements:
Hold an academic credential such as a Diploma or Trade Certificate in the fields of Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy.
Seeking candidates with two to three years of hands-on experience in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems to join our team. Proficiency in solar PV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting is essential, along with a strong understanding of industry standards and safety protocols. Ideal applicants will have a proven track record in project execution and collaboration within renewable energy initiatives.
Proficient in interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately assess system configurations and component specifications.
