Verify that all transfers adhere to established approval workflows, value dating regulations, and balance availability verifications.

Support the finance and treasury departments in researching and analyzing unreconciled, aged, or returned transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve outstanding balances.
Maintain digital files of all transfer instructions, approvals, and bank confirmations in an organized and easily accessible manner.
Reporting and Escalation: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely reports, ensuring all relevant data is documented and analyzed.
