Oversee and execute core responsibilities including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.

Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

Process and manage vendor and customer invoices, ensuring accurate recording, verification, and reconciliation of financial transactions to maintain precise accounting records.

Monitor incoming invoices and ensure timely completion of payment follow-ups to maintain accurate financial records and sustain smooth business operations.

Conduct comprehensive reconciliations for bank accounts, supplier transactions, and intercompany activities to ensure accuracy and alignment of financial records.

Oversee the meticulous preparation and upkeep of financial documentation and organizational schedules to ensure precision and compliance.

Facilitate treasury operations and oversee cash flow management to ensure financial stability.

Ensure adherence to established financial policies and the integrity of internal control systems.

Prepare financial reports, conduct reconciliations, and perform aged analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.

Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to address financial inquiries and foster productive relationships.

Facilitate audit procedures and enhance financial reporting accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, along with five to seven years of hands-on accounting or finance experience.

The attainment of the ICAN qualification is an essential requirement for this position.

Possesses extensive expertise in managing accounts payable and receivable functions, performing reconciliations, and upholding robust financial controls.

Demonstrated expertise in ERP/accounting software platforms, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, is required.

Analytical prowess, adept problem-solving capabilities, and exceptional organizational proficiency are essential for this role.

Professional experience within the oil and gas servicing sector would be considered a valuable asset for this role.
